1, cov ntsiab lus yooj yim ntawm profinet
Profinet, tseem hu ua cov txheej txheem teb network, yog kev siv tshuab cov txheej txheem sib txuas lus tsim los ntawm cov txiaj ntsig loj thoob ntiaj teb. Nws yog raws li etheret technology thiab tsim tshwj xeeb rau kev lag luam Automation tshuab, muaj kev sib txuas lus zoo, muaj zog inforistic, thiab kev ruaj ntseg siab. Profinet txhawb ntau lub ntsiab lus network, xws li linas topologies, lub hnub qub, nplhaib, thiab muaj peev xwm yoog tau ntawm cov kev xav tau ntawm daim ntawv thov sib txawv.
2, lub luag haujlwm ntawm TCP / IP raws tu qauv
TCP / IP, namely Speup Kev Tswj Xyuas Kev Tswj Xyuas / Internet raws cov txheej txheem, yog txheej txheem sib txuas lus hauv kev sib txuas lus. Nws yog suav nrog plaub qib: Daim ntawv thov txheej, txheej thauj, txheej thauj, txheej txheem txuas ntxiv. TCP / IP Raws li kev ncaj ncees thiab kev ntseeg tau ntawm cov ntaub ntawv thaum muaj kev sib kis los ntawm nws cov txheej txheem kev ua kom pom thiab kev kho kom zoo thiab kev kho mechanisms. Ib qho ntxiv, TCP / IP raws tu qauv muaj kev sib xyaw ua ke thiab muaj peev xwm sib txuas lus nrog ntau yam khoom siv network thiab cov txheej txheem sib txuas lus.
3, fusion daim ntawv thov ntawm profinet thiab tcp / ip
Profinet, raws li ethernet raws cov txheej txheem sib txuas lus, qhov tseem ceeb siv TCP / IP raws tu lub TCP / IP raws cov qauv rau kev sib txuas lus. Tshwj xeeb, profinet tau optimized thiab ncua raws TCP / IP raws tu qauv kom tau raws li cov kev xav tau tshwj xeeb ntawm kev muaj tshuab automation. Cov hauv qab no yog cov kev qhia tshwj xeeb ntawm kev sib koom ua ke ntawm profinet thiab TCP / IP daim ntaub ntawv:
Ntaus khoom txuas thiab tsis siv neeg lees paub: hauv profinet network, txuas nrog eternet txheej txheej thiab txhawb kev lees paub thiab tsis siv neeg lees paub thiab tsis siv neeg configuration. Thaum lub cuab yeej tshiab koom nrog lub network, tus maub los ua haujlwm tuaj yeem lees paub nws hom, chaw nyob, thiab teeb tsa network tsis xws li IP chaw nyob thiab MAC chaw nyob. Cov txheej txheem no siv cov thev naus laus zis xws li IP chaw faib thiab DHCP (Dynamic Partriguration raws tu qauv) hauv TCP / IP raws tu qauv.
Cov ntaub ntawv lub sijhawm tiag tiag kis: Cov ntaub ntawv Profinet txhawb cov txheej txheem REFE-lub sijhawm xws li UDP (tus neeg siv Datagram qauv) thiab RTPs (RTPTscribe) hauv TCP / IP raws tu qauv. Los ntawm cov txheej txheem no, profinism tuaj yeem ua tiav cov ntaub ntawv nrawm thiab qis latency cov ntaub ntawv sib kis, sib ntsib ntawm cov kev xav tau ntawm kev muaj tshuab.
Kev sib txuas lus network thiab ntaus ntawv tshuaj xyuas: Hauv Profile Networks, kev sib txuas lus thiab http (hypertes hloov raws tu qauv raws cov qauv) hauv TCP / IP raws tu qauv. Piv txwv li, tsim cov ntaub ntawv txuas thiab hloov cov ntaub ntawv los ntawm TCP raws tu qauv; Nkag mus rau lub cuab yeej lub web interface los ntawm USCurocol rau kev saib xyuas cov chaw taws teeb thiab kev tswj hwm.
Network Topology thiab kev rov ua haujlwm rov qab txhawb nqa ntau lub sijhawm Topy, thiab lwm lub sijhawm los txhim kho kev ntseeg tau thiab muaj kev ruaj ntseg ntawm lub network. Kev siv cov haujlwm ntawm cov kev txhawb nqa ntawm TCP / IP txoj kev kawm raws tu qauv, arp (chaw nyob daws cov txheej txheem raws tu qauv) thiab lwm yam thev naus laus zis.
4, Cov Teeb Muaj Mob thiab Cov Ntawv Sau Npe
Hauv kev siv cov kev siv, kev sib xyaw ua ke ntawm profinet thiab tcp / ip tau ua tiav cov txiaj ntsig tseem ceeb. Ntawm no yog qee cov xwm txheej thiab daim ntawv thov kev xaiv:
Kev tsim khoom: Nyob rau hauv kev tsim kev lag luam: Kev tsim khoom lag luam tau dav siv rau cov cuab yeej txuas thiab cov ntaub ntawv kis rau cov kab ntau lawm. Los ntawm kev sib xyaw nrog TCP / IP raws tu qauv, proteCes ua tiav kev sib txuas lus thiab kev sib koom tes ua haujlwm ntawm cov khoom siv, txhim kho ntau lawm.
Kev lag luam automotive: nyob rau hauv kev lag luam automotive, proforminis network yog siv los txuas ntau lub sensors, cov tswj hwm, thiab lwm yam ntawm cov kab ntau lawm. Los ntawm kev sib xyaw nrog TCP / IP raws tu qauv, profinet ua tiav lub sijhawm tiag tiag-kev tshuaj xyuas thiab kev tswj hwm cov txheej txheem tsim khoom, kom muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab kev nyab xeeb ntawm cov khoom lag luam hauv tsheb.
Kev lag luam kev lag luam: hauv kev lag luam hluav taws xob, cov neeg siv nyiaj txiag tau siv los txuas cov khoom xa tuaj xws li cua ua liaj ua teb thiab lub hnub ci fais fab. Los ntawm kev ua ke nrog TCP / IP raws tu qauv, profinet ua tiav cov chaw taws teeb saib xyuas thiab tswj cov hluav taws xob kev ua haujlwm tau zoo thiab kev nyab xeeb.
